Coaching I Specialise In
In my view, coaching is coaching. Its purpose is to help a person transition from where they are, to where they want to be. To be effective, a coach needs to be able to identify where a client needs help, which is rarely limited to one single area.
Business Coaching
I have a bias for men and women with entrepreneurial ambitions. I have enormous respect for those brave enough to create a business. Owning a business is incredibly difficult. Most fail within the first 1-3 years. I have served as a Business Coach for a number of small business owners, supporting them in every aspect of their personal and professional lives, ensuring they exceed their targets.
Leadership Coaching
As someone who sees a massive leadership void in the world, serving a committed aspiring leader brings a privileged responsibility. I’m not only serving the leader, but all the people who follow him or her. Leadership is a practice, not a position. I have served as a Leadership Coach for established and aspiring leaders. Every leader’s challenge is unique, but the required result for a leader never changes – to inspire the people who choose to follow you.
Executive Coaching
Before beginning my second career as a professional coach, I enjoyed a successful career as a business executive for nearly 20 years. Navigating challenging inter-personal relationships was a daily struggle I experienced personally. As an Executive Coach, I first help clients identify what success looks like for them. We then create a bespoke agreement to take you beyond where you see yourself.

Whatever discipline or practice you have dedicated your life to, you strive to be better. As a Performance Coach I am committed to helping my clients achieve better results in everything they do – career, relationships, impact, and legacy.
Career Coaching
Most people have a career, and most want to be successful. In an increasingly competitive world it’s imperative you are doing the right things to stand out. As a Career Coach, I first draw out what you want to accomplish. We then work together to create a custom agreement that will 10x your success.
Life Coaching
I’m not a huge fan of the term Life Coaching. I don’t subscribe to the view that anyone needs a coach to get through life. What I do believe is that everyone wants to live with a clear purpose, to experience great success, to enjoy beautiful relationships, and to live with a sense of joy and freedom. If you choose to hire a Life Coach, know that I will push you to realise a potential you never knew existed.
