Who I serve

Executives, entrepreneurs, academics, creative artists, and athletes all take a unique journey. They also share a number of commonalities.

They struggle to define who they are. They are often plagued by fear. They know they are capable of much greater things. And success rarely equates to greater joy and happiness in their life.

I serve a select group of emotionally intelligent men and women who are committed to deep transformation. They are hungry for insights that will transform their lived experience.

I coach around insight

An insight is a new perspective that instantly changes the world as you know it.

I also coach around distinctions. A distinction I apply to every conversation I have is serving vs pleasing. The clients I work best with see no value in having another yes-person in their life.

There work I do with every client is bespoke. I resent rigid processes and avoid the overuse of coaching tools. Before proposing a coaching relationship, we first need to know we are the right fit. I need to know what you need, and I need to be sure that I’m the right person to help you.
