Stevie works with ordinary men and women across the world. His clients have included entrepreneurs, executives, professors, athletes, and artists. They all want the same two things – to break through a glass ceiling and more clarity.

What separates Stevie from other coaches is his down to earth approach and straightforward honesty. He thinks deeply and speaks from the heart. He has a low tolerance for anything fake and insincere. He has no interest in repackaging the same worn-out life hacking strategies you find in every corner of the internet.

Stevie has an obsessive thirst for spiritual growth, relentlessly exploring the most complicated relationship we all share – the one with himself. He goes against conventional wisdom. Stevie’s optimism is rooted in his deep belief in human transformation.

Born in Manchester, Stevie is well travelled. He worked in the US for more than a decade. Today he lives in Zurich with his girlfriend and their young daughter.

The Real Bio

My name is Stevie Orrill. I’ve been beaten. I’ve had my heart broken. I’ve overcome addiction. I’ve felt alone.

I’ve coached clients who have been horrifically bullied, hidden behind lifelong addictions, experienced rock-bottom, and sometimes felt suicidal.

For over 20 years I’ve been a leader, coach, and mentor. Learning from experience, I’ve coached ordinary people to thrive beyond the stress and strain of life.

I went to school in the UK and left with a handful of qualifications. I travelled the world in search of adventure, and to find out ‘who I am’. I settled in the US for ten years. I worked hard to establish a successful career and made an honest living. I got married (and divorced) before I turned 30.

Perhaps my most insightful learning has been that we all define success differently. It is often elusive, and then it comes at a heavy cost. Life can feel exhilarating one day and overwhelming the next. We rarely share with others what we feel on the inside.

I’m an inadvertent student of real-life psychology and human behaviour. Now I’m dedicated to this craft. I don’t settle for ‘ok’. I’m willing to suffer. I live daringly in search of insight. All in service of my commitment to live a happier more fulfilling life, and to challenge others to do the same.

My deepest secret is that for way too many years I hid from my truth. I displayed confidence on the outside while feeling empty inside. No achievement was ever sufficient for me to feel ‘enough’.

It turned out that this feeling became my greatest gift when coaching ordinary men and women. I have developed an ability to see what other people cannot see. I lovingly and daringly say what I see.

Working with me, my clients quickly see who they are. They come out from hiding and feel alive. They go off into the world, accomplish exceptional things and create extraordinary lives. And they know, with unconditional clarity, that who they are what they do matters.
