MaverickGuru is a Sanskrit term for a “mentor, guide, expert, or master” of a certain knowledge or field.
In many traditions, the guru is a reverential figure to the student. Another common interpretation of a guru is the one who is the acknowledged leader or chief proponent. In short, a guru is someone who knows a lot about a particular subject and shares this advice with a chosen audience.
For some, success does not bring sufficient fulfilment. Their joy comes from sharing their gift with others and witnessing the ensuing growth. They recognise their ability to create a greater impact on the world they inhabit by selectively sharing their ideas.
Leadership can be exhilarating. Many are drawn to it in the hope of leaving the world a better place. It can also be the scariest and loneliest place in the world. I’ve yet to meet a successful leader who doesn’t doubt their competence at least once every day.

There are 46 scheduled one-hour coaching calls. Many clients prefer to align them around certain events or milestones. They are yours to use and schedule as you choose. We create a vision for your life way beyond anything you’ve ever imagined for yourself. We dive deep into the limiting beliefs, roadblocks, and glass ceilings that arise on your journey.
Unlimited Support
Your Guru program includes unlimited coaching. When you need help with anything, we create time.
Intense Transformational Experiences
During the 24 months you are part of the Guru program, once each year we will both block our diaries for an entire day. We will meet in person for an intense experience, at a location of my choosing. For an entire day, my complete focus will be on you, your dreams, and what is holding you back. The chosen location often includes an experience that you need most. If you need to lead with more courage, we might jump out of an airplane together. If you need to embrace stillness, we will seek out tranquillity. It’s supposed to be a little bit uncomfortable.
Real-Time Communication Coaching
I never fail to be shocked by the emails elite level leaders send every day. Gurus are profound, articulate inspirational communicators. To get there you initially share with me every email that you send that’s right ‘every’ email. I will read them and provide feedback. As your communication skills are enhanced we agree a more selective approach.
